The Green Agenda
Nags Head must develop a unified plan for protecting and preserving our environment. As Mayor I would work to develop just such an plan that could include:
Promoting the installation of alternative energy sources in and on homes and businesses.
The polls are open on Election Day - 6:30 am to 7:30 pm .
There is no excuse not to vote
There is no excuse not to vote
Promoting on site retention of storm water
Protecting existing natural landscape and plants
Increasing the amount of protected open space in the Town including the land soundside land owned jointly by the Town and the Visitors Bureau
Opposing off shore oil drilling and exploration
Promoting the development of wind, tide and solar energy projects in our area.
