Water Quality
The water quality in our adjacent ocean and sounds is the single most important element in our family tourism based economy.
The polls are open on Election Day - 6:30 am to 7:30 pm .

If elected I will work to:
Expand our water quality testing program to maintain the quality of our surface and groundwater.
Encourage the retrofitting and original installation of cisterns, rain barrels and rain gardens that capture and retain stormwater for residential and commercial properties.
Continue to partner with DOT and CSI to improve the water quality at ocean outfalls, and insure that the infrastructure to manage water quantity remains in good repair.
